OUR PEOPLE

1.     Er.Lal Mani Kashyap : He is founder of this organization. He has more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication and working with a multinational software company. He always tries to solve the issues of the community and raise the concerns of the community to the government of India. Being an IT professional he sought to solve the issues of the communities forever by transforming them into applications. In 2013 SAHASH awarded as best internship institute of management by the NIMS University under his leadership. He provides inputs to the government of India whenever he invited on the subject.

2.     Shri. Ramesh Chandra: He is President of this organization. He has more than 25 years of experience in accounts. He has worked in India for different corporate for many years since obtaining a Graduation in Science from Raibareli Uttar Pradesh. His main responsibility to maintain organization accountability and providing trust to donors that their fund was utilized in the proper place. He is working to improve the economic condition of the poor especially in rural villages and slums and encourage the youth to work in a disciplined manner in eradicating poverty and transforming the life of villages socially, economically, culturally and educationally.

3.     Shri. Mukesh Kumar: He is Vice President of this organization. He has more than 25 years of experience in media. He has spent 8 yrs in the News Channel "AKHO DEKHI" as Studio Director, has a Post Graduate degree from Delhi University and has worked in News Channel "S1" as Studio Director for 3 yrs. Currently working with the News channel "Swaraj Express" as producer(PCR). He is also passionate about social change in society and has spent weekends in demonstrating how to educate people with minimum effort and for this coined a slogan "One People. Teach One.

4.     Smt.Bindu kashyap : She is working as General Secretary and CEO of this organization. She has more than 13 years of experience in the social sector. She has completed her post-graduation from RRPGC, Amethi in Sociology. She serving as a chief functionary in this organization. She has been working hard since beginning to change the life of women in rural villages of Amethi. She closely works with SHG's and guides them on how they can earn an economy to run their homes. She also a social motivator and have expertise in skill development training programs. She also certified in Basic Nutrition, Anaemia, WASH, Immunisation, Food Fortification, Infant and Young Child Feeding, Mother Health and Nutrition and Yoga from Ministry of Women and Child Development & ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition.

5.     Mr. Avad Kumar : He is working as Secretary of this organization. He has more than 20 years of experience in social and media. He holds a graduate degree from Delhi University. He coordinated the programs in Delhi-NCR Region in slum areas. He works closely with them and solves their local issues. He also coordinates different ministries and departments for RTI as per suggestions and requirements. He also focuses on the social improvement and personality development of youths and how they can be engaged in the training programs so that they can get the job opportunities in the private sector. He is also looking labor court matters in Delhi for those workers who are working in different shops in different markets.

6.     Shri. Ram Karan : He is working as Treasurer of this organization. He has more than 13 years of experience in training farmers. He has taken training from CMAP Lucknow in aromatic plant cultivation and engaged in training the practices of cultivation of crops. He motivates the farmers to cultivate commercial crops such as medicinal and aromatic plants and provide marketing linkage to farmers. He has completed his intermediate from Uttar Pradesh Educational Board. He has taken training from Yova Kalyan and Pradeshik Vikas Dal Vibhag U.P.

7.     Shri. Ram Kumar : He is member of this organization. He has 30 years of experience in forming SHGs and managing them. He has completed his intermediate from Uttar Pradesh Educational Board. He coordinated the Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) of farmers including tenant farmers to empower them and trained them for best practices. Most of the Joint Liability Groups now started their own dairy in rural villages.

8.     Shri Surender Kumar: He is member of this organization. He has more than 20 years of experience in security services. He has completed his intermediate from Haryana Educational Board. He worked with Group4 Securities and served as a supervisor. He is basically engaged in training the youth who are not highly educated and left the school after intermediate. He trained them in security and hospitality.

9.     Shri. Santosh Kumar : He is member of this organization. He has more than 15 years of experience in social sector. He has completed his intermediate from Uttar Pradesh Educational Board. He mainly coordinated and help in resolving local issues of our community like voter id, Ration Card, Loan, Insurance and health. He trained the villagers on how they can file RTI and give applications at jansunwai portal or other online applications.
